The ancient practice of yoga is dedicated to creating union among body, mind and spirit. This art of balanced living was developed in India thousands of years ago. Most people refer to Yoga, as the postures that are popularly practiced; these are certainly an aspect of Yoga and there are several other paths that are available in this ancient sacred tradition. During our time together on this retreat we will explore and experience the Paths and Limbs of this holistic tradition as well as bring forth and experience contemporary theories and practices that support living life as magnificentbeings fully empowered and balanced in a life of purposefulness and bliss.
