Upon arrival in Florence on March 19th, 2011, you will be picked up at the airport and driven to the villa. You may then rest, settle in, and set up the studio area.
During the time in Tuscany, several excursions will be arranged at no additional costs to you. You will explore villages, small towns, castles, wineries, and various towns and cities such as Florence, Sienna, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa, and others. These excursions may be a full or half day where painters paint on site or you can bring a sketch book and/or camera to record images for painting later.
After a week at the villa in Tuscany you will be driven to Venice to spend a week in this enchanting and vibrant city. The colors, the light, and the textures there are simply amazing and magical.
During the time at the villa in Tuscany and also the time in Venice , a flexible schedule is arranged to allow for both inside and outside painting.
On March 31st, you will be driven to the airport in Venice for your departure home.
